Applications & Forms

All township residents must apply for a building permit application prior to starting any construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, or repair project on any commercial or residential building.  Pease contact Laurel Municipal Inspections or download the application forms. 

As part of the application process anyone applying for a building permit for additions & new structures must first take this form to their individual municipality to be completed by the Municipal Officer and return to this office.  We will not release any permits  without this completed form.
